Six months after the wedding, Gaz has put on a lot of weight and has to find a way to lose it quickly. Janet develops a nesting instinct after a shock that her baby may be taken away from her because of her dirty house. Donna has a promotion at the bucket factory but must sell 4000 buckets or she will get fired. Louise is doing her community service with 'five little chavets' and Jonny gets a job in The Archer but unfortunately things don't go to plan.
